目的:为了加强洛阳市艾滋病筛查实验室检测工作的规范化管理,提高检测技术水平,及时发现工作中存在的问题。方法:通过下发质控品对全市62家实验室进行盲样考核,收集相关资料进行统计分析,对各实验室进行综合评定。结果:本市62家筛查实验室质控品检测结果未出现漏检,检验能力满足要求。经综合评定,13个实验室达到优秀,良好35个,合格14个,良好以上占到了77.4%。结论:我市艾滋病筛查网络运行良好,各筛查实验室检验能力达到要求,部分筛查实验室实验室规范化管理有待提高。
Objective: In order to strengthen the standardization management of AIDS screening laboratory in Luoyang, improve the level of detection technology and find out the problems in the work in time. Methods: Through the issuance of quality control products, 62 laboratories in the city were evaluated blindly, relevant data were collected for statistical analysis, and the comprehensive evaluation of each laboratory was carried out. Results: There was no missed inspection in the quality control test results of 62 screening laboratories in this Municipality, and the inspection ability satisfied the requirements. After a comprehensive evaluation, 13 laboratories achieved excellent, good 35, pass 14, good or more accounted for 77.4%. Conclusion: The HIV / AIDS screening network in our city is in good condition and the testing capabilities of all screening laboratories meet the requirements. The standardized management of some screening laboratory laboratories needs to be improved.
