利用免疫组化技术ＡＢＣ法对１７例胆囊病变其中胆囊癌１１例、慢性胆囊炎６例进行增殖细胞核抗原ＰＣＮＡ研究，结果表明（ＰＣＮＡ）的表达主要与癌细胞浸润深度密切相关，提示检测ＰＣＮＡ对判断胆囊癌的预后和生物学行为有很大帮助。胆囊癌表面粘膜上皮ＰＣＮＡ表达阴性，推测胆囊癌可能并非起源于粘膜上皮。
The proliferating cell nuclear antigen PCNA was studied in 17 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 6 cases of chronic cholecystitis by immunohistochemistry ABC method. The results showed that the expression of PCNA was closely related to the depth of invasion of cancer cells, suggesting detection of PCNA pairs. It is helpful to judge the prognosis and biological behavior of gallbladder cancer. The expression of PCNA was negative on the epithelial surface of gallbladder carcinoma, suggesting that gallbladder carcinoma may not originate from the mucosal epithelium.
