目的:从性激素内分泌角度探讨济坤方促排卵的作用机制。方法:丙酸睾丸酮造模,雌性小白鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、克罗米酚组、济坤煎剂组,放免法测定小鼠血清雄激素(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)水平。结果:济坤煎剂组、克罗米酚组小鼠血清E2、FSH水平显著高于模型组;济坤煎剂组T、LH水平明显降低,与模型组相比有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:济坤方能够通过调整内分泌功能,影响性激素水平而起治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of ovulation induction by Jikun Fang from the perspective of sex hormone endocrinology. METHODS: Testosterone propionate was used to make female mice. The female mice were divided into normal control group, model group, clomiphene group, and Jikun decoction group. The serum androgens (T) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were measured by radioimmunoassay. FSH, estrogen (E2) levels. Results: The levels of serum E2 and FSH in Jikun decoction group and clomiphene group were significantly higher than those in model group; the levels of T and LH in Jikun decoction group were significantly lower than those in model group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Jikun can play a therapeutic role by adjusting endocrine function and affecting sex hormone levels.
