建立了一种分析水基金属加工液中乙醇胺类化合物的气相色谱方法。水基金属加工液样品经甲醇超声萃取,0.45μm有机相滤膜过滤,用HP-5毛细管色谱柱进行色谱分离,外标法定量。单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺在100~2000 mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,线性相关系数达0.9991以上,水基金属加工液样品加标回收率为88.4%~103.9%,5次重复测定的相对标准偏差均小于5.0%。样品中乙醇胺类化合物定量限可达0.011%~0.028%。
A gas chromatographic method for the analysis of ethanolamine compounds in water-based metalworking fluids was established. Water-based metalworking fluid samples were extracted by methanol, filtered through a 0.45μm organic phase filter and chromatographed on a HP-5 capillary column with external standard method. Monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 100-2000 mg / L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9991. The spiked recoveries of water-based metalworking fluid samples ranged from 88.4% to 103.9% with five replicates The relative standard deviations were less than 5.0%. The limit of quantification of ethanolamine in the sample is up to 0.011% ~ 0.028%.
