在橡胶、皮革、纸制品等行业中,对用于材料、成品的力值检测的仪器须经常校正。针对目前市场上的传统机械式校力仪的缺点,提出了采用单片机控制的计量校力仪的设计方案。介绍了系统的硬件、软件设计及抗干扰措施。系统由8031单片机、2764/6264存储器、键盘、显示、输入和输出电路等组成,软件采用模块化结构。该仪器性能稳定,操作简便,测量精度可达到0.5级
