目的采用HPLC法单波长同时测定六味甘草丸中甘草苷和甘草酸铵的含量。方法采用EClipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相A为乙腈、流动相B为0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为237 nm;理论板数按甘草苷峰计算应≥5×103。结果甘草苷和甘草酸铵的线性范围分别为0.025~0.250μg(r=0.9999)、0.208~2.080μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率分别为99.78%、99.33%,RSD分别为1.19%、1.41%(n=6)。结论所用方法准确、简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of liquiritin glycyrrhizinate and glycyrrhiza glycyrrhizinate in Liuwei Licorice Pill by HPLC with single wavelength. The method was carried out on an EClipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) at a column temperature of 30 ° C. The mobile phase A was acetonitrile and the mobile phase B was 0.05% phosphoric acid. The gradient elution was performed at a wavelength of 237 nm. Calculated by the number of glycyrrhizin peaks should be ≥ 5 × 103. Results The linear range of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizinate were 0.025-0.250μg (r = 0.9999) and 0.208-2.080μg (r = 0.9998) respectively. The average recoveries were 99.78% and 99.33%, respectively, and the RSDs were 1.19% , 1.41% (n = 6). Conclusion The method used is accurate, simple, sensitive and reliable and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
