为了给钢铁企业煤气管道泄漏爆炸事故的预防和应急预案的编制提供理论依据,基于计算流体力学软件Fluent和Tecplot后处理软件,对钢铁企业焦炉煤气管道底部泄漏进行模拟分析。结果表明:在泄漏初始阶段,气体向下扩散,爆炸危险区域位于泄漏口下部的环形区域;随着泄漏和扩散的持续发展,气体向上扩散,爆炸危险区域沿管壁向上扩散;最终爆炸危险区域固定在以管道中心为圆心,0.8m≦r≦1.2m的环形区域以及-0.5m≦x≦0.5m,11m≦y≦12.5m的矩形区域内。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and emergency plan preparation of gas pipeline leakage and explosion in iron and steel enterprises, the leakage of the bottom of coke oven gas pipeline in iron and steel enterprises was simulated based on computational fluid dynamics software Fluent and Tecplot post-processing software. The results show that the gas diffuses downward and the explosion danger zone is located in the annular region at the lower part of the leakage opening during the initial stage of leakage. With the continuous development of leakage and diffusion, the gas diffuses upward and the explosion danger zone spreads upward along the pipe wall. Is fixed in a circular region of 0.8 m ≦ r ≦ 1.2 m and a rectangular region of -0.5 m ≦ x ≦ 0.5 m and 11 m ≦ y ≦ 12.5 m with the center of the pipe as a center.
