本文调查了107名接触二氯甲烷的片基生产工人,对照组63名。接触组中主要表现为神经衰弱症状群,SGPT 和 SGOT 增高,血清胆固醇和淋巴细胞转化率增加以及碳氧血红蛋白增加等。

本文调查了107名接触二氯甲烷的片基生产工人,对照组63名。接触组中主要表现为神经衰弱症状群,SGPT 和 SGOT 增高,血清胆固醇和淋巴细胞转化率增加以及碳氧血红蛋白增加等。通过调查,车间空气中二氯甲烷浓度为300mg/m~3以下,属低浓度暴露,工人虽无明显阳性体征,但已有某些生化指标的改变.特别是血液中碳氧血红蛋白增加,可作为健康监护指标之一。
This paper investigated 107 film-based workers exposed to methylene chloride and 63 control subjects. In the exposure group, the symptom group of neurasthenia, SGPT and SGOT increased, serum cholesterol and lymphocyte transformation rate increased and carboxyhemoglobin increased. Through the investigation, the workshop air dichloromethane concentration of 300mg / m ~ 3, is a low concentration of exposure, although the workers did not have significant positive signs, but some biochemical indicators have changed, especially in the blood carboxyhemoglobin increased, As one of the indicators of health care.
