杨肃昌,兰州大学经济学院教授、博士生导师、英国Cardiff大学博士后、甘肃省领军人才第一层次入选者,兼任中国审计学会常务理事、甘肃省审计学会副会长;《审计研究》等学术刊物编委;南京审计学院客座教授;英国Cardiff大学中国会计财务与管理中心特邀研究员。主要社会兼职:甘肃省政协常委,民革甘肃省委员会副主委。1984年、1991年和2001年先后本科、硕士和博士毕业于陕西财经学院(2000年并入西安交通大学)、西南财经大学和中国人民大学。2002年他赴英国Cardiff大学做博士后研究,成为首位研究中国国家审计问题的海外博士后,主持并完成了英 Yang Suchang, Professor of Lanzhou University School of Economics, doctoral tutor, postdoctoral fellow at Cardiff University in the United Kingdom, first-level candidates for the leading talent in Gansu Province, as executive director of China Auditing Society, vice president of Gansu Audit Institute; “Audit Research” and other academic publications Committee; Nanjing Auditing Institute Visiting Professor; UK Cardiff University, China Accounting and Management Center invited researcher. Main social part-time job: Standing Committee of Gansu CPPCC, Revolutionary Gansu Provincial Committee vice chairman. He graduated from Shaanxi University of Finance and Economics (merged into Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2000), Southwest University of Finance and Economics and Renmin University of China in 1984, 1991 and 2001 successively. In 2002, he went to Cardiff University in the United Kingdom for postdoctoral research and became the first overseas postdoctoral fellow to study China’s national audit issues. He presided over and completed
