为观测急性坏死性胰腺炎 (ANP)时外源性巯基物质的抗氧化作用及其对胰腺腺细胞的保护作用 ,将雄性Wistar大鼠 (n =4 5)随机分成 3组 :A组 :ANP动物生理盐水治疗组 (n =18) ,B组 :ANP动物硫普罗宁治疗组 (n =18) ,C组 :假手术组 (n =9)。动物分别于手术后 4、6、12h时间点杀死 (A、B组各时间点各 6只 ,C组 3只 ) ,检测胰腺组织中丙二醛 (MDA)的质量摩尔浓度 ,并观察胰腺组织细胞的形态学变化。结果 :ANP时胰腺组织中MDA的质量摩尔浓度明显升高 ,外源性巯基物质能抑制腺组织中MDA的增加 ;ANP时胰腺组织细胞损伤严重 ,外源性巯基物质能减轻胰腺组织细胞的损伤 ,尤其能减轻腺细胞粗面内质网的损伤。提示 :ANP时外源性巯基物质具有显著的抗氧化作用 ,并能保护胰腺组织细胞 ,尤其是保护腺细胞内质网结构的作用突出

Results: The concentration of MDA in pancreatic tissue was significantly increased when ANP was administered, and the exogenous thiols could inhibit the increase of MDA in the gland tissue. In ANP, the pancreatic cells were damaged severely, and the exogenous thiols could reduce the damage of pancreatic tissue , In particular, can reduce the damage of glandular rough endoplasmic reticulum. Tip: exogenous thiols in ANP material has a significant antioxidant effect, and can protect pancreatic tissue cells, especially the protective gland endoplasmic reticulum structure prominent role
