我厂铸铝中含8~10%硅,1~2%铜,0.3~0.65%镁,0.1~0.3%锆。分析锆有磷酸盐重量法、偶氮胂Ⅲ、茜素磺酸钠比色法等。二甲酚橙在pH<6时能和多种金属离子生成红色络合物,有资料介绍可用于钢中锆的测定。为了使二甲酚橙比色法适用于铸铝中路的分析,我们进行了一些条件试验,选择了较简便的溶样法,并指出在用比色法分析锆时最好不应有SO_4~(2-)存在。试剂及仪器: 标准嗜溶液:称0.070克氯氧化锆,用1:4盐酸溶解,于量瓶中用1:4盐酸稀释至100毫升。吸取10毫升溶液于100毫升量瓶中,加40毫升1:4盐酸,用水稀至刻度,摇匀(每毫升约含锆0.02毫克,其准确含量用磷酸盐重量法标定)。抗坏血酸溶液:5%,当天配制使用。 72型分光光度计。
