进行柴油机增压配机时,为了核对增压器是否在全工况内能以高效率工作,且无喘振之虞,须要在压气机特性曲线上估计柴油机的运行线。作者在多年配机工作中曾统计了一些经办的柴油机变工况参数,并从中窥见一些规律性,见[1],[2]。本文针对四冲程柴油机的运行线,论述它的估算方法。从6260ZCZ、6320ZC-2、12PA6-3脉冲、6320ZC-TZ252、8320-CZ355、8820-50DP、8350GZ-50ZP和G8300等柴油机的参数统计中,我们得到了扫气系数(A_R)_(rel.)对负荷、和相对扫气压力(P_a/P(mθ))_(rel.)对负荷的关系曲线,对推进特性和发电特性分别绘出。在此,相对扫气系数定义为:
