HJ107浮石状埋弧焊焊剂,是一种新型焊接材料。它通过配方中加入适量的氧化铬(Cr_2O_3),来改变焊剂本身结构,达到浮石化。其堆积比重仅为普通熔炼型焊剂的65%左右。当使用直流反接电源时,它能在较高的电弧电压规范下施焊。与普通焊剂相比,它具有独特的优点:熔深浅,合金元素烧损少,焊缝平整美观,焊剂消耗量少,以及熔敷效率较高。它适用于化工容器和核发电设备制造中的大面积不锈钢复合层的自动堆焊,也可用于不锈钢的埋弧自动焊。
HJ107 pumice-like submerged arc welding flux, is a new type of welding material.
