做好高职院校科研管理工作,是促进高职院校教职工履行好自身的职责,是提升职院校的建设水平和核心竞争力的重要手段。将人力资源管理的相关理论与法律学的理论在一定程度上进行结合,是未来高职院校人力资源管理发展和研究的一个新视阈。人力资源问题归根结底涉及到的是人的管理问题,其深层次必定要涉及到法律问题。
Doing a good job of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges is to promote the staff and workers of higher vocational colleges to perform their own duties well and is an important means to enhance the construction level and core competitiveness of vocational colleges. Combining the related theory of human resource management and the theory of legal science to some extent is a new visual threshold for the development and research of human resource management in higher vocational colleges in the future. Human resources problems in the final analysis related to the issue of human management, its deeper level must involve legal issues.
