我公司土方工程队目前使用着一批成都紅旗机器厂制造的C4—3A(及C4—3)型3米~3的液压拖式鏟运机。經过一年多的使用,一般已运轉1000～1500小时左右。在使用中发現液压油管爆裂、鏟斗变形等一系列制造質量及使用技术問題。一年来,我們采取領导、工人和技术人員三結合的方法,并得到制造厂的协助,对鏟运机做了一些改裝和加固,許多駕駛和維修人員也逐漸摸清机械性能,积累了一些使用和检修經驗。本文仅将鏟运机使用中发現的一些問題及处理方法简介如下: Our company’s earth-moving engineering team currently uses a group of C4- 3A (and C4- 3) type hydraulic drag tractor scrapers manufactured by the Chengdu Hongqi Machinery Plant.
