目前,我国工程造价管理一般使用的都是概预算定额管理,此模式在工程信息方面缺乏一定的及时性及连续性,不能满足目前经济的发展需求。在BIM技术提出之后,造价管理也发生了一定的变化及改革。在全新时期的可视化建筑信息模型中,能够实时的调整工程基础数据,造价人员能够获取准确的造价信息,并且实现全过程造价管理。基于此,本文就探究一BIM技术为基础的全过程造价管理。 At present, China’s project cost management generally use approximate budget quota management, this model in the lack of a certain degree of project information timely and continuity, can not meet the current economic development needs. After the BIM technology was put forward, cost management has also undergone some changes and reforms. In the new era of visual building information model, real-time adjustment of the project basic data, cost personnel can obtain accurate cost information, and to achieve the entire process of cost management. Based on this, this paper explores the whole process of cost management based on a BIM technology.
