用高效液相色谱仪 ,研究中药黄芩甙浸出量的对比实验 ,用开水浸泡黄芩甙的浸出量 ,在哈慈杯中要比在普通杯中高约 46~ 60 % ,相对提高 5 3%。而用酒浸泡则产生负效应 ,说明磁场对乙醇活性抑制 ,浸出量要低约 2 9~ 5 7%。相对抑制 41 %。进一步证实了磁处理的双向效应。
A high-performance liquid chromatograph was used to compare the leaching amount of Astragalus membranaceus with water. The amount of immersed Astragalus in boiled water was about 46-60% higher in the Haci Cup than in the regular cup, a relative increase of 53%. However, immersion in wine produced a negative effect, indicating that the magnetic field inhibited the activity of ethanol, and the leaching amount was about 29 to 57% lower. Relatively inhibited 41%. Further confirmed the two-way effect of magnetic processing.
