上海市徐汇区教师进修学院附属实验中学是一所公办初级中学。换牌之前学校整体的办学水平较低,师资队伍建设、教学常规管理等核心领域制度不健全、管理松懈。为了能迅速改变学校教学质量低、社会声誉不佳的状况,我校紧紧抓住换牌和课改的契机,以人事制度与分配制度改革为师资建设的突破口,以学校课程建设和研修文化建设为师资队伍培养的根本。在国家课程校本化实施、校本课程开发、课堂教学改革、教师专业化发展、评价与管理上形成了自己的特色,使学校进入了发展的快车道。
Shanghai Xuhui District Teachers Training Institute Affiliated Experimental Middle School is a public junior high school. Before the change of cards, the overall schooling level of the school was low, and the core fields such as teacher team construction and teaching routine management were incomplete and management was lax. In order to quickly change the situation of low school teaching quality and social reputation, our school firmly seizes the opportunity of changing licenses and curriculum reforms, reforming the personnel system and distribution system as a breakthrough point for teacher building, and building school curriculum and researching culture. Construction is fundamental to the cultivation of the faculty. It has formed its own characteristics in school-based implementation of the national curriculum, school-based curriculum development, classroom teaching reform, teacher professional development, evaluation and management, so that the school has entered the fast lane of development.
