射线对造血组织的损伤作用非常明显。淋巴细胞对射线尤其敏感。B淋巴细胞具有多种表面标志,如膜表面免疫球蛋白等,辐照后其结构和功能将发生变化,导致结合鼠红细胞形成玫瑰花结的能力下降。抗辐射药物如WR-2721和AET等的应用可以在一定程度上减轻辐射的破坏作用。为了探讨这些药物的抗辐射作用,我们应用淋巴细胞在不同剂量体外照射下,小鼠玫瑰花结形成的比率和对不同种类和剂量的抗放药物玫瑰花
The damage of ray to hematopoietic tissue is very obvious. Lymphocytes are particularly sensitive to radiation. B-lymphocytes have a variety of surface markers, such as membrane surface immunoglobulins, whose structure and function will change after irradiation, resulting in a decrease in the ability to bind rose cells to form rosettes. The application of anti-radiation drugs such as WR-2721 and AET can reduce the damage of radiation to some extent. To investigate the anti-radiation effect of these drugs, we applied lymphocytes at different doses of in vitro irradiation, the ratio of mouse rosette formation and the resistance to different types and doses of anti-radiation drugs.
