汽车行业在我国近些年来的发展过程中,呈现出了较为良好的趋势。在最近的几十年,汽车行业在我国有着突飞猛进的发展,然而,我国当前的汽车售后服务市场并不完善,具有很大的上升空间。在当前发展过程之中,最重要的问题之一就是专业人才的缺失。这其中包括对于汽车的专业维修、护理、改装等方面的服务。在这种情况下,职业汽车院校需要有效地为汽车行业培养更多的人才,为此,需要不断地进行人才培养,最终加快人才的流出使得汽车售后服务行业得以快速发展。
The automotive industry in China in recent years, the development process, showing a relatively good trend. In the recent decades, the automotive industry in our country has been by leaps and bounds, however, China’s current automobile after-sales service market is not perfect, with great room for growth. In the current development process, one of the most important issues is the lack of professionals. This includes services in the areas of professional car repair, care, modification and more. Under such circumstances, vocational automobile colleges and universities need to effectively train more talents for the automotive industry. To this end, they need to continually train qualified personnel and eventually accelerate the flow of talents to make the automobile after-sales service industry develop rapidly.
