1 责任明确的管理体制和组织机构 乙肝疫苗接种涉及卫生系统内部众多部门和不同层次的机构,并具有相互交叉和依存的特点。在运行过程中,我们总结了一套责任明确的管理体制,即“二级三方”的接种模式。“二级”系指县和街道两级卫生行政部门,负责分管区域内接种工作的领导、协调、监督和考核等。“三方”即县卫生防疫站、接产医院和街道防保站。此模式的要点是分清各自工作范围和职责,明确工作要求和目标。
A well-defined management system and organization Hepatitis B vaccination involves many sectors and different levels of health systems within the system and has the characteristics of cross-cutting and interdependence. The “tripartite” is the county health and epidemic prevention station, the receiving hospital and the street protection station. The main point of this model is to distinguish between the scope of their work and responsibilities, a clear job requirements and goals.
