【目的】研究不同剂量60 Co-γ辐照对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval))的杀灭效果,确定有效控制朱砂叶螨的60 Co-γ辐照剂量。【方法】分别用不同剂量60 Co-γ辐照处理朱砂叶螨卵(产后48h,处理剂量0,100,150,200,250Gy)、幼螨(0,100,200,300,400Gy)、前若螨(0,100,200,300,400Gy)和成螨(0,100,200,300,400,600,800Gy)后,将其置于(28±1)℃、相对温度60%~80%、光照16h/黑暗8h光周期下培养,每隔1d在20~80倍解剖镜下观察并记录朱砂叶螨生长发育、产卵、卵孵化及螨死亡的情况。【结果】朱砂叶螨48h卵经250Gy60 Co-γ辐照处理后均不能正常孵化,故250Gy的60 Co-γ对朱砂叶螨的卵具有明显致死效果;朱砂叶螨幼螨经300Gy剂量60 Co-γ处理后,发育成螨所产卵均不能正常孵化,表明300Gy及以上剂量处理朱砂叶螨幼螨可致其发育的成螨不育;400Gy的60 Co-γ可致朱砂叶螨前若螨发育的成螨不育;朱砂叶螨成螨经400,600和800Gy处理之后,分别在第19、17和15天达到100%死亡率,成螨在≥400Gy的辐照剂量下产卵量极显著减少,且所产卵均不能孵化。【结论】400Gy 60 Co-γ辐照处理能使各虫态朱砂叶螨致死或不育,可作为朱砂叶螨的有效检疫剂量。
【Objective】 The effects of different doses of 60 Co-γ irradiation on Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval) were studied. It was confirmed that the 60 Co-γ dose of Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval) could be controlled effectively. 【Method】 The larvae of Tetranychus cinnabarinus were treated with different doses of 60 Co-γ radiation (48 h postpartum, at doses of 0, 100, 150, 200 and 250 Gy), after young mites (0,100,200,300,400Gy), anterior pomesia (0,100,200,300,400Gy) and adult mites (0,100,200,300,400,600,800Gy) The cells were cultured at 28 ± 1 ℃, relative humidity 60% -80%, light 16h / dark 8h photoperiod. The growth and development of spider mites were observed and dissected at 20 ~ Spawning, egg hatching and mite death. 【Result】 The results showed that 48 Gy of Tetranychus cinnabarinus did not hatch properly after irradiated by 250Gy60 Co-γ radiation. Therefore, 60 Gy of 250Gy had a significant lethal effect on eggs of Tetranychus cinnabarinus. -γ treatment, the development of adult mites can not hatch properly, indicating that 300Gy and above doses of treatment of young Tetranychus cinnabarinus can cause their development of adult mite infertility; 400Gy of 60Co-γ can cause vermilion spider mite before Mite infestation of mites was observed. After treated with 400, 600 and 800 Gy, Tetranychus cinnabarinus reached 100% mortality on the 19th, 17th and 15th day, respectively. The spawning amount of adult mites at the dose of 400Gy significantly decreased, And the eggs can not hatch. 【Conclusion】 400Gy 60Co-γ irradiation could kill or infest the mites of Tetranychus cinnabarinus and could be used as an effective quarantine dose for Tetranychus cinnabarinus.
