角类药材为常用中药,数年来我们对犀角(暹罗角)、广角、水牛角、旱牛角、羚羊角、鹅喉羚羊角、黄羊角等7种角类药材的粉末和组织切片进行了显微观察,结果如下。犀角横切面可观察到圆形或类圆形同心环束,直径400～500μ。环束的中心是髓,髓的周围由30余层向内稍弯的长多角形细胞或梭形 The horny medicinal materials are commonly used traditional Chinese medicines. For the past few years, we have performed microscopic observations on the powders and tissue sections of seven horny medicinal materials such as horn (Siamese angle), wide angle, buffalo horn, dry horn, antelope horn, goose throat horn and yellow horn. The results are as follows. A circular or circular concentric ring-shaped bundle can be observed on the cross section of the horn and its diameter is 400-500μ. The center of the ring bundle is the medullary, with more than 30 layers of long polygonal cells or spindles bent slightly inwards.
