从来自广西河北两地肝癌病例对照研究对象的血凝块标本提取DNA,用PCR法检测谷胱苷肽S转移酶T1和M1基因。结果显示:在两地对照人群中GSTT1基因缺失比例为35%,而在两地肝癌病例中其缺失比例为55%,OR值为2.30(95%CI1.06~4.99)。比较肝癌病例和对照GSTT1与GSTM1联合基因型的分布情况发现,至少有一种基因缺失者较两种基因均存在者患肝癌危险增加了3.7倍。提示GSTT1基因的多态性与个体肝癌易患性有关。
DNA was extracted from blood clot samples from liver cancer control subjects from Guangxi and Hebei, and glutathione S transferase T1 and M1 genes were detected by PCR. The results showed that the proportion of GSTT1 gene deletion was 35% in the control population in both places, while in the two liver cancer cases, the deletion ratio was 55%, and the OR value was 2.30 (95% CI 1.06 to 4.99). Comparing the distribution of liver cancer cases and control GSTT1 and GSTM1 genotypes, it was found that at least one type of gene deletion was more than 3.7 times higher than that of both genes. It suggests that the polymorphism of GSTT1 gene is related to the susceptibility of individual liver cancer.
