以徐州市某村为例,结合统计数据对太阳能秸秆沼气集中供气站供气及居民用气现状进行分析,估算当地秸秆资源量及沼气理论产气量,预测居民用气需求潜力并与2013年实际用气量进行对比分析。结果显示,当地资源产气量大于实际用气量,可满足居民预测沼气需求量。另外,对该供气站进行冬夏两季节实地测试,结果表明:夏季日光温室内温度平均提高10.7℃,冬季平均提高11.0℃,晴天较阴雨天增温效果好,利用造价较低的日光温室为沼气增温保温可保证冬季正常产气。
Taking a village in Xuzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of gas supply and household gas utilization in solar straw biogas centralized gas supply stations, and estimates the amount of straw resources in the city and the theoretical gas production of biogas, predicts the potential demand for residential gas and compares it with 2013 Actual gas consumption for comparative analysis. The results show that the local gas production is greater than the actual gas consumption, to meet the residents demand for biogas. In addition, the field test was conducted in winter and summer for the gas station. The results showed that the average temperature in summer solar greenhouse increased by 10.7 ℃ and in winter increased by 11.0 ℃ on average. The sunny day had a better warming effect than the cloudy and rainy days. Biogas warming insulation can ensure normal gas production in winter.
