在针对压力容器的设计以及安排当中,我们常常会遇到专门针对安全泄放量方面问题的计算,以及如何根据计算的结果对于安全附件如安全阀的合理选型。在通常情况下,这种计算过程主要参照“容规”或者“GB150压力容器”;“GB-T20801工业压力管道规范”等标准文件。在查阅标准进行计算的同时还要重点针对相关图表资料进行分析。所以本文重点针对压力容器以及管道安全方面所对应的泄放量的问题进行分析和比较,并在此基础上最终总结出科学的针对泄放量的计算方法。
In the design and arrangement of pressure vessels, we often encounter the calculation of the problem of safety relief and the reasonable selection of safety accessories such as safety valves according to the calculation results. Under normal circumstances, this calculation mainly refers to the “standard” or “GB150 pressure vessel ”; “GB-T20801 industrial pressure piping code ” and other standard documents. In reference to the standard calculation should also focus on the relevant chart data analysis. Therefore, this paper focuses on the pressure vessel and pipeline safety issues corresponding to the amount of discharge analysis and comparison, and finally concluded on the basis of scientific calculation of the amount of discharge.
