白血病患者骨髓移植后,易引起各类微生物感染而死亡。通过F_1鼠9Gy~(60)Co照射(最大致死量)骨髓移植后,行环境微生物控制,将其数据结合临床特点,设计的白血病患儿骨髓移植,环境微生物监控的层流病房。自1989~1993年12例患儿行骨髓移植无一例感染。
After bone marrow transplantation in patients with leukemia, it is easy to cause various types of microbial infection and die. After bone marrow transplantation with F_1 murine 9Gy~(60)Co irradiation (maximum lethal dose), environmental microbiological control was performed and the data was combined with clinical features to design a bone marrow transplant for leukemia patients and a laminar flow ward for environmental microbiological monitoring. No bone marrow transplantation was performed in 12 children from 1989 to 1993.
