本文建立了柔性工件纵向磨削过程中表面形成机理的理论模型。对细长轴磨削中出现的波纹进行了试验分析,并在模型基础上进行了模拟计算,揭示了波纹的形成机理。结果表明,柔性工件在纵向磨削过程中应考虑工件转角、磨削面积补偿等因素。这些因素对波纹形成、工件表面形成、砂轮磨损将产生重要影响。
In this paper, a theoretical model of the surface formation mechanism during the longitudinal grinding process of flexible workpieces has been established. The ripple appeared in the slender shaft grinding is analyzed experimentally, and the simulation calculation is carried out on the basis of the model to reveal the formation mechanism of the ripple. The results show that the flexibility of the workpiece in the longitudinal grinding process should take into account the workpiece angle, grinding area compensation and other factors. These factors have a significant impact on the formation of corrugations, the formation of the workpiece surface, and the wear of the grinding wheel.
