党的十六届四中全会《决定》提出,要“加大在新经济组织、新社会组织中建立党组织的工作力度,探索党组织和党员发挥作用的方法和途径”。加强“两新”组织党建工作,为推动经济社会又好又快发展提供坚强有力的组织保证,是组织工作面临的新课题、新任务。
The “Decision” of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed that “we should step up efforts in establishing the party organizations in the new economic organizations and new social organizations and explore ways and means for the party organizations and party members to play a role.” Strengthening the party building work of the “two new” organizations and providing a strong and potent organizational guarantee for the sound and rapid economic and social development are the new tasks and new tasks confronting the organization.
