首次报道激光二极管列阵泵浦的Nd:BGO腔内倍频激光器的实验研究结果.在激光谐振腔内加布儒斯特片与倍频晶体KTP形成Loyt双折射滤光片。以此进行选模,获得了3.5mW连续、稳定的单模绿光输出。
The first experimental results of laser diode array pumped Nd: BGO intracavity frequency doubled laser were reported. A Loyt birefringent filter is formed by applying Brewster and multiplier crystal KTP in the laser cavity. In order to select the model, obtained 3.5mW continuous, stable single-mode green output.
