从甘肃特产名贵中药红芪〔Hedysaram polybotrys(Hand-Mazz)〕根中分离出九个化合物,运用红外光谱,紫外光谱,核磁共振谱,质谱等现代有机分析手段和其它物理常数对照,鉴定出六个化合物结构,为 HPI 二十四碳酸,HPⅡ十八碳酸,HPⅢβ-谷甾醇.HPⅣ1,7——二羟基——3,δ——二甲氧基(口山)酮,HPⅥ3′,4′,3,5,7——五羟基黄酮,HPⅦ蔗糖,HPV 为—黄酮类化合物,HPⅧ,Ix 分别为单糖皂甙、双糖皂甙,其结构鉴定另文报道.以上化合物均在该种植物中首次发现.
Nine compounds were isolated from the roots of Hedysaram polybotrys (Hand-Mazz), a rare Chinese medicine in Gansu Province. Six compounds were identified using modern organic analysis methods such as infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and other physical constants. Compound structure, HPI ditetradecanoic acid, HPII octadecanoic acid, HPIIIβ-sitosterol.HPIV1,7-dihydroxy-3,δ-dimethoxyxanthone, HPVI3′,4′ , 3, 5, 7 - pentahydroxyflavone, HPVII sucrose, HPV - flavonoids, HPVIII, Ix are monosaccharide saponins, disaccharide saponins, respectively, the structural identification was reported in another article. The above compounds are in the plant. First discovered.
