本文用熔铸法制备TiB2颗粒增强铝合金复合材料。研究TiB2/6061、TiB2/Al-6Si复合材料的机械性能和显微组织,并讨论6061基体化学成分控制和TiB2/Al-6Si经变质处理对复合材料性能和组织的影响。结果表明,随TiB2体积分数增加,复合材料的强度、硬度提高,而延伸率降低,添加钛、硼化合物增强铝合金的效果优于TiB2粉末。熔炼法制备铝合金基复合材料时应重视基体合金成分的控制,变质处理同样是制备TiB2/Al-6Si复合材料工艺中的重要问题。
In this paper, TiB2 particles reinforced aluminum alloy composites were prepared by casting method. The mechanical properties and microstructure of TiB2 / 6061 and TiB2 / Al-6Si composites were investigated. The effects of chemical composition control of 6061 matrix and modification of TiB2 / Al-6Si on the properties and microstructure of composites were discussed. The results show that with the increase of volume fraction of TiB2, the strength and hardness of the composites increase, while the elongation decreases, and the addition of titanium and boron compounds is better than that of TiB2 powders. The preparation of aluminum alloy matrix composites should pay attention to the control of matrix alloy composition. Metamorphism is also an important issue in the preparation of TiB2 / Al-6Si composites.
