[目的]描述花各类血细胞,为鱼类血液学、比较细胞学积累基础资料,并为花人工养殖、疾病诊断等工作提供参考。[方法]对28尾花尾静脉取血,常规方法每尾制作血涂片2~5张,Gimesa和Wright染液联合染色,N ikon-DXM1200数码显微摄影系统观察和拍照,Image Proplus软件随机测量各类血细胞。[结果]试验得出,红细胞有直接分裂现象,成红细胞有两种类型,Ⅰ型和网织红细胞关系密切;嗜中性粒细胞一般呈球形,核形多变,单个核居多,偶见二分叶核,偶见衰老解体者;嗜酸性粒细胞一般呈球形,胞核与嗜中性粒细胞胞核情况极为相似;单核细胞具伪足样突起,核较大,约占整个细胞1/2左右,较大者可达3/4;淋巴细胞呈不规则圆形,非定量地分为“大”“小”两类;血栓细胞形态多样,个别类型难以归类,有直接分裂现象;未发现嗜碱性粒细胞。[结论]花外周血中有6种血细胞,无嗜碱性粒细胞。 [Objective] The aim of the study was to describe the various types of blood cells of Scape, to provide basic data for the hematology of fish and comparative cytology, and to provide reference for the artificial breeding of Scape, disease diagnosis and so on. [Method] The blood of 28 caudal venules was taken from the tail veins, and 2 to 5 blood smears were made at the tail of each tail by the conventional method. Neutrophils were generally spherical in shape and varied in nuclear shape with many single nuclei and occasional dichotomy Leaf nuclei, occasional aging disintegration; eosinophils are generally spherical, nucleus and neutrophil nuclei are very similar; mononuclear cells with pseudopodia-like protrusions, the nucleus larger, accounting for the entire cell 1 / 2, the larger can reach 3/4; lymphocytes were irregular round, non-quantitative divided into two categories of “big” and “small”; thrombus cells of various shapes, difficult to classify individual types, there are Direct division phenomenon; no basophils found. [Conclusion] There were 6 kinds of blood cells in the peripheral blood of Scapes, without basophils.
