目的 评价准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术( L A S I K) 治疗中、高度近视的效果和安全性。方法 对22 例(41 眼) 中、高度近视行 L A S I K 手术,其屈光度( 等值球镜) - 2 .50 D~- 10 .00 D,平均- 6 .57 ±2 .01 D,散光≤- 3 .50 D,术后1 、3 个月复查视力、屈 光度、角膜地形图、角膜上皮及角膜层间混浊( Haze) 等并发症情况。结果 术后1 月平均裸眼视力1 .02 ±0 .098 ,其中≥1 .0 者达65 .85 % ,矫正视力≥1 .0 者达97 .6 % ;术后3 月平均裸眼视力1 .08 ±0 .13 ,其中≥1 .0 者占85 .36 % ,矫正视力≥1 .0者占97 .6 % ;实际矫正屈光度与预期矫正屈光度相差在±1 .0 D 者占78 .1 % ,矫正视力≥1 .0 者占100 % 。实际矫正屈光度与预期矫正屈光度相差在±1 .0 D 者1 个月时31 眼(76 % ) ,3 个月时33 眼(80 .5 % ) ,相差1 .25 D~±2 .0 D1 个月时10 眼(24 % ) ,3个月时8 眼(19 .5 % ) 。结论 准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术( L A S I K) 矫正中,高度近视安全、可靠、预测性高,是目前最有前景的屈?
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in the treatment of high myopia. Methods Twenty-two patients (41 eyes) with high myopia underwent LASIK surgery. The refraction (equivalent sphere) -2. 50 D ~ - 10. 00 D, on average - 6. 57 ± 2. 01 D, astigmatism ≤ - 3. 50 D, 1-3 months after the review of visual acuity, refraction, corneal topography, corneal epithelial and corneal haze (Haze) and other complications. There were 10 eyes (24%) at D1 months and 8 eyes (19.5%) at 3 months. Conclusion LASIK correction of middle and high myopia is safe, reliable and predictive and is the most promising one at present.
