皮山北新1井优化快速钻井模式主要研究内容:优化钻头选型、钻具组合和钻井参数,使用PDC+直螺杆,以提高机械钻速;采用物理和化学防塌相结合抑制地层掉块;同一开次中存在低压砂岩和高压盐水层,钻遇砂岩时加入随钻封堵材料,钻遇高压盐水层时使用KCI聚合醇聚磺欠饱和盐水钻井液体系,以提高钻井液抗污染能力。钻遇膏泥岩时使用液力变径扶正器。皮山北新1井优化快速钻井模式,可在巴麦区块中推广应用,为该区块提速具有重要的意义,也为该区块形成一套完整的钻井模式具有重要的参考价值。
