2006年1月5日晚7时,中国广播电视协会四届四次常务理事会议在北京职工之家召开。参加“全国广播影视局长会议”的中广协会常务理事和在京的全体常务理事70余人出席了会议。这次会议是在广电总局党组做出总局现任领导同志不再兼任中国广播电视协会领导职务的决定后,为适应形势的变化而召开的。胡占凡副局长代表总局党组宣读了《关于总局现任领导同志不再兼任中国广播电视协会领导职务的通知》和《广电总局关于李丹为中国广播电视协会第四届会长人选的通知》,并发表讲话。常务理事会议按照《中国广播电视协会章程》的规定,审议并通过这两项议案,选举李丹同志为中国广播电视协会第四届会长。会议还审议并通过了《关于确定王敬松为中国广播电视协会秘书长》以及《关于调整部分理事、常务理事》的议案。新任会长李丹就选举他为会长发表感言,感谢总局党组和各位常务理事对他的信任,表示将不遗余力,不负重托, 做好工作。同时,就协会2005年的工作和2006年的工作设想,向大会做了报告。胡占凡副局长在最后的讲话中,对中广协会更名一年来在转变职能方面的工作表现给予了充分肯定,他要求协会的同志对总局现任领导不在中广协会兼职一事,从国家大的战略角度出发思考,从积极的方面理解,自觉承担历史使命, 主动做好发展工作。他还建议协会把行业自律作为今年乃至近一个时期的工作重点,抓实、抓细、抓出成效。 At 7 o’clock on the night of January 5, 2006, the fourth executive meeting of the fourth term of the China Broadcasting and Television Association was held at the Beijing Workers’ House. The new president, Dan Li, made a speech on the election of him as president. He thanked the General Administration of Party members and executive directors for their trust in him and said that they will spare no efforts in carrying out their duties and will do their job well. At the same time, the Association made a report on the work of the Association in 2005 and its working plan in 2006. In his final speech, Deputy Director Hu Zhanfan fully affirmed the performance of CSC in the year when it changed its functions. He asked the comrades of the association to give full consideration to the fact that the current leadership of the CSC is not part-time in the CSCB from a strategic perspective of the state. Start thinking, understanding from the positive side, consciously assume the historical mission, take the initiative to make development work. He also suggested that the association take industry self-discipline as the focus of work this year or even in the recent period, solidify it, grasp the details and make achievements.
