经过5年的持续建设和应用,A公司建立了一个覆盖全公司过程的质量管理信息化系统。该系统从根本上结束了企业长期基于手工和纸质的碎片式的质量管理模式,取而代之是一个集业务、数据管理于一体的高集成、高智能的信息化系统,作为工具和平台为公司质量管理提升、发挥和实现了不可否认的作用和价值。但由于企业业务范围、业务功能、需求变化等原因,系统性能和功能已不能满足公司实际生产和工作需要。因软件自身架构原因或设计缺陷,致使该系统一直存在运行速度较缓慢、界面显示不友好、流程串并行问题、系统维护性差、系统不稳定、数据丢失等典型问题。同时由于现用软件供应商为国外厂商,软件技术开发和维护也缺乏资源。因此,本文为切实满足公司业务对系统的应用和推广需求,构建更实用、更高效和更先进的QMS系统为公司质量战略与运营提供有利的保障,对新一代产品质量管理系统进行研究。
After five years of continuous construction and application, Company A has established a Quality Management Information System that covers the whole company. The system fundamentally ended the long-term based on manual and paper fragmented quality management model, replaced by a set of business, data management in one highly integrated, intelligent information system as a tool and platform for the quality of the company Management to enhance, play and achieve an undeniable role and value. However, due to business scope, business functions, changes in demand and other reasons, the system performance and functionality can no longer meet the actual production and work needs of the company. Due to the software’s own architecture or design flaws, the system has been experiencing typical problems such as slower operation, unfriendly interfaces, parallel process chain, poor system maintainability, system instability and data loss. At the same time as the current software vendors for foreign manufacturers, software technology development and maintenance of the lack of resources. Therefore, in order to effectively meet the application and promotion needs of the company’s business system, this paper constructs a more practical, efficient and advanced QMS system to provide a favorable guarantee for the company’s quality strategy and operation, and studies a new generation of product quality management system.
