我院于1975年12月应用西德进口药品利肝隆(Legalon)对63例乙型肝炎患者(迁延性肝炎39例、慢性肝炎23例、急性肝炎1例),进行治疗。并于1976年12月应用国产益肝灵对24例乙型迁延性、慢性肝炎进行治疗,且与对照组比较结果如下:两组用药满三个月及满4～8个月者降酶疗效与对照组比较,其结果满三个月疗程者;利肝隆组的总有效率61.8％、益肝灵组50.3％,对照组26％,满4～6个月疗程者;利肝隆组总有效率61％、益肝灵组53.3％,对照组26％,说明两组药物治疗均较对照组有效率
