以３Ｈ─８／４５０型泵为例，对油田用往复式注水泵吸入管线振动的根本原因进行了理论分析和试验研究，探讨了影响其振动烈度的主要因素，提出了相应的减振动措施．试验研究表明，加装匹配合适的吸入空气包可以取得明显的减振效果．
Taking the 3H - 8/450 pump as an example, the fundamental reason of the suction pipe vibration of the oilfield with reciprocating water injection pump was theoretically analyzed and tested. The main factors affecting its vibration intensity were discussed and the corresponding vibration reduction measures were put forward. Experimental studies have shown that the installation of a suitable suction air package can achieve significant damping effect.
