本研究分别将0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 mg/mL的AlCl3添加到培养液中,对鸡脾淋巴细胞原代培养24 h,通过检测淋巴细胞内一氧化氮(NO)含量、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,探究铝对鸡脾淋巴细胞毒性作用机理。结果表明,随着铝浓度的增加,NOS活性增强,NO和MDA含量增加,SOD和GSH-Px活性下降,与对照组相比,组间差异显著(P<0.05;P<0.01),说明铝可致雏鸡淋巴细胞抗氧化防御功能下降。
In this study, 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mg / mL of AlCl3 were added to the culture medium, primary culture of chicken spleen lymphocytes 24 h, by measuring the content of nitric oxide in lymphocytes (NO) (NOS) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) . The results showed that with the increase of aluminum concentration, NOS activity increased, NO and MDA content increased, SOD and GSH-Px activities decreased, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05; P <0.01) Chicks can cause reduced antioxidant defense function of lymphocytes.
