【正】CD24是一种高度糖基化的低分子蛋白,是黏附分子的一种,它由27个氨基酸组成,并通过磷脂酰肌醇与细胞膜相连接。起初CD24被当做B细胞分化的标志物而被学者研究。近来研究显示它在一些肿瘤,如食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等恶性肿瘤中充当肿瘤干细胞的角色,并且与肿瘤的临床与病理参数休戚相关,尤其是在消化系统恶性肿瘤,这种干细胞分子表现的尤为活跃,因此对此类分子的探究越显重要。
