目的:探究分析心理护理联合健康教育对冠心病合并心绞痛患者的临床效果及满意度.方法:选择2018年3月-2020年2月在我院治疗的冠心病合并心绞痛患者84例,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例.对照组患者只给予常规护理和心理护理.研究组患者在以上基础上联合健康教育,比较两组生活质量和护理满意度上的变化.结果:干预前两组患者在认知、角色、躯体、社会及情绪等各项评分上比较(P>0.05),但给予干预后两组得分均有所提升,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组患者在满意度上要明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用心理护理联合健康教育可明显提升患者护理满意度及生活质量,值得推广.“,”Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effects and satisfaction of psychological care combined with health education for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods:A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital divided into a study group and a control group, with 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care and psychological care only. On the basis of the above, patients in the study group combined with health education to compare the changes in the quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results:after the intervention, the scores of the two groups increased, and the study group was significantly higher than the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of psychological nursing combined with health education can significantly improve patient care satisfaction and quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
