采用丝杠螺母副进给方式的某些小型外圆磨床磨削外圆时,在无火花磨削后,当抉速退刀时,出现砂轮对工件作瞬时的啃切。这一刹那,常伴有明显的火花。如果卸下工件在圆度仪上检测,可以发现在其圆周的某一部位存在显著的凹下迹象(图1),其偏差量大约0.5~5微米不等。这种突然出现的切入现象,实质是在机床退刀时刚刚开始的一刹那,砂轮架反而向前,发生了点头切入,使砂轮重新接触工件而造成的,我们称这种现象为点切。点切现象的出现往往破坏被加工零件的质量,使精磨后的外圆造成损伤,丧失应有的圆度,使精密零件的合格率显著下降,给操作人员带来烦恼。因为机床出现这种现象,总不得不停机检修。
Some small cylindrical grinding machines that use the feed screw method of the nut and nut grind the outer circle. When the tool is retracted without sparking, the grinding wheel appears to instantaneously cut the workpiece. This moment, often accompanied by a clear spark. If the unloaded part is tested on a circularity meter, it can be found that there is a significant undercut in one part of its circumference (Figure 1) with a deviation of about 0.5 to 5 microns. This sudden cut-in phenomenon, in essence, is just the beginning of the retractable machine tool at the moment, the wheel frame instead of the forward nod occurred, the wheel re-contact with the workpiece caused, we call this phenomenon. The phenomenon of punctuation often destroys the quality of the machined parts, causing damage to the finely-polished cylindrical parts, losing the roundness due to them and causing the passing rate of the precision parts to drop significantly, bringing troubles to the operators. Because of this phenomenon machine, always had to shut down maintenance.
