采用Iodogen为氧化剂,成功地对人血清白蛋白和纤维蛋白原进行了碘化标记。然后用这些标记化合物分析和比较了4种二氧化钛材料对白蛋白和纤维蛋白原的吸附性质。发现样品日能够较多而又稳定地吸附白蛋白,而吸附纤维蛋白原则较少,表明其血液相容性优于其它几种样品。
Using Iodogen as an oxidant, iodine labeling of human serum albumin and fibrinogen was successfully performed. These labeled compounds were then used to analyze and compare the adsorption properties of albumin and fibrinogen for four titanium dioxide materials. It was found that more and more stable albumin was adsorbed on the sample day while the principle of adsorbed fibrin was less, indicating that the hemocompatibility was better than the other samples.
