我所在用硅酸乙酯—石英型壳进行低压与离心铸造涡轮叶轮时,由于型壳强度低,不得不填箱浇注,生产过程繁琐、效率低。如采用水玻璃—铝矾土型壳,虽然强度高,但铸件表面质量不好,原因是水玻璃的润湿能力差,而铝矾土又为多孔质耐火材料,配制浆料时容易裹进气体,涂挂时在蜡模表面附着大大小小的气泡,使型壳表面质量恶化;另外单一的水玻璃—铝矾土型壳还存在溃散性差,清理困难的缺点。
