近年井控培训多以教师讲解为主,虚拟仿真使学员难以理解实际操作。钻井井控实物仿真培训系统的应用,可有效解决井控培训中场景不易复现、培训成本高等问题。针对井控实物仿真培训系统中关井时闸板防喷器锁紧操作的仿真化,在闸板防喷器中加装步进电机驱动器和步进电机,利用步进电机速度及转矩控制实现闸板防喷器锁紧装置的锁紧操作,提出基于闸板防喷器锁紧过程步进电机的闭环回馈控制系统。为验证方法可行性,利用井控设备进行仿真计算,实验结果证明其可靠性及实用性。
In recent years, more well-controlled training to explain the teacher-based, virtual simulation makes it difficult for students to understand the actual operation. The application of drilling well control physical simulation training system can effectively solve the problem that well control training scene is not easy to reproduce and training cost is high. In order to simulate the locking operation of ram blowout preventer in shut-in physical simulation training system, a stepper motor driver and stepping motor are installed in the ram blowout preventer. A closed-loop feedback control system based on the stepping motor of the ram blowout preventer locking process is proposed. In order to verify the feasibility of the method, the well control equipment is used to carry out the simulation calculation. The experimental results prove its reliability and practicability.
