研究采矿支护设备专用钢—27SiMn的强韧化工艺和机械性能。结果表明,27SiMn钢经亚温淬火后,能充分发挥材料强韧化潜力,减轻构件重量(15~20%),降低井下工人劳动强度,具有显著经济效益。采用该工艺生产的单件液压支柱,已通过实验室试验,并投入生产试验。
Research and mining support equipment for steel-27SiMn toughening process and mechanical properties. The results show that the 27SiMn steel quenched by sub-temperature can give full play to the potential of material toughening, reduce the weight of components (15 ~ 20%) and reduce the labor intensity of downhole workers, with significant economic benefits. The single hydraulic props produced by this technology have passed the laboratory test and put into production test.
