目的贯彻落实国家有关职业病防治的法律、法规、规章、标准、规范及产业政策,从源头控制和消除职业病危害,防治职业病,保护劳动者健康。识别、分析与评价建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定建设项目的职业病危害类别,为建设项目职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据。评估建设项目在职业病防治方面的可行性,为建设项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用类比法、检查表法等方法相结合的原则进行定性和定量评价。结果类比现场检测结果表明,工人接触其他粉尘、氨、硫化氢、氢氧化钠及工频电场的浓度或强度均符合职业接触限值要求。结论拟建项目基本执行了我国职业病危害预防控制的有关规定。拟建项目在采取了预评价报告所提防护措施后,各主要接触职业病危害作业岗位的职业病危害因素预期浓度(强度)范围和接触水平,能满足国家和地方对职业病防治方面法律、法规、标准的要求。
Objective To implement the laws, regulations, rules, standards, norms and industrial policies of the state on occupational disease prevention and control, control and eliminate occupational hazards from the source, prevent occupational diseases, and protect the health of laborers. Identify, analyze and evaluate the potential hazards and harm of occupational diseases that may arise in the construction projects, and determine the occupational hazards category of the construction projects so as to provide a scientific basis for the classification management of occupational hazards in construction projects. Assess the feasibility of construction projects in the prevention and control of occupational diseases and provide the necessary countermeasures and suggestions for occupational hazards protection for the design of construction projects. Methods The methods of analogy, checklist and other methods were combined for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The results of analogies on site showed that workers exposed to other dust, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, sodium hydroxide and power frequency electric field concentration or strength are in line with occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The proposed project has basically implemented the relevant provisions on the prevention and control of occupational disease hazards in China. After the proposed project adopts the precautionary measures mentioned in the pre-evaluation report, the expected concentration (intensity) range and exposure level of occupational hazard factors that are mainly exposed to occupational hazard jobs can meet the requirements of national and local laws, regulations and standards on occupational disease prevention and control Request.
