目的建立川射干叶中总黄酮含量测定的方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定川射干叶中总黄酮的含量,以射干苷为对照品,测定波长为266 nm。结果射干苷在0.8244~9.0684μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,回收率为99.48%,RSD为1.23%,川射干总黄酮的平均含量为3.42%。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为川射干叶的总黄酮含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Chuan Chai dried leaves. Methods The content of total flavonoids in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The injection was at the wavelength of 266 nm. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the emodin and absorbance in the range of 0.8244 ~ 9.0684μg / ml, r = 0.9998, the recovery was 99.48%, the RSD was 1.23% and the average content of total flavonoids of Shea Shegan was 3.42%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and has good repeatability and recovery rate. It can be used as a method for the determination of total flavonoids in dried radish leaves.
