在弱碱性条件下,添加不同用量的Na_2SiO_3和Na_2SO_3碎浆,研究这两种化学药品对旧新闻纸中的油墨以及胶黏物去除的影响,并与碱性条件下的脱墨效果进行比较。结果表明,在弱碱性条件下,在碎浆阶段,Na_2SiO_3对油墨的剥离作用比Na_2SO_3的要好;但在浮选阶段,Na_2SO_3的脱墨效果比Na_2SiO_3的脱墨效果好。从胶黏物的去除方面看,Na_2SO_3用量的改变没有导致胶黏物去除量发生较大的波动,而Na_2SiO_3用量的改变却引起胶黏物去除量发生较大的波动,当用量均为2%时,胶黏物浓度的去除率最大。碱性条件下,虽然在白度、胶黏物方面表现效果好,但是浮选脱墨效率低于Na_2SO_3的脱墨效果。总体来看,碱性脱墨还是有一定的优势;在弱碱性条件下,使用Na_2SiO_3的脱墨效果优于使用Na_2SO_3的脱墨效果。
Under mild alkaline conditions, different quantities of Na_2SiO_3 and Na_2SO_3 pulps were added to study the effects of these two chemicals on the removal of ink and stickies in old newsprint, and compared with the deinking effect under alkaline conditions. The results showed that the stripping effect of Na_2SiO_3 was better than that of Na_2SO_3 in pulping stage at weak alkaline conditions. However, the deinking effect of Na_2SO_3 was better than that of Na_2SiO_3 in flotation stage. From the point of view of the removal of stickies, the change of Na_2SO_3 content did not lead to large fluctuation of stickies removal, but the change of Na_2SiO_3 content caused larger fluctuation of stickies removal. Alkaline conditions, although the whiteness, sticky aspects of good performance, but the flotation deinking efficiency is lower than the Na_2SO_3 deinking effect. In general, alkaline deinking still has some advantages. In weak alkaline conditions, the deinking effect using Na_2SiO_3 is better than the deinking effect using Na_2SO_3.
